All customer PC impairments are handled by the counter PC. They are recovered by either on-line or off-line solutions.
The customer PC impairment information can be registered on our call center if the impairment is cannot be fixed by the Internet caf?administrator. Once registered, our call center operators will remotely access the customer PC via an administrator console, and recover the impairment (all recovery functions from the 1st stage are also available)
If the 2nd stage recovery session was unsuccessful, the call center operator would request service of the on-site dispatch firm. The on-site dispatch firm diagnoses the impairment and promptly dispatches operators to the designated customer PC for recovery.
